Police Hunt Gunman In Nicki Minaj Cousin Murder

Police in New York City are hunting a gunman who shot Nicki Minaj's cousin after he left a nightclub in Brooklyn in the early hours of Monday morning (04Jul11).
The rap superstar shared her grief with fans on Twitter.com following news of Nicholas Telemaque's death, calling him "My precious cousin. My baby."

Telemaque, 27, was shot as he walked to his car after leaving a group of friends at the C-Pac nightclub. He was taken to Kings County Hospital but died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.

A spokesperson for the New York Police Department has now confirmed an investigation is underway, but no arrests have been made.
Minaj put her pain aside on Monday night to perform with Britney Spears at a show in Winnipeg, Canada.
