While shooting for Mahankali on Monday in Chennai, Rajasekhar fell on the stones, skid and injured himself. While jumping from ten feet he had lost control. Jeevitha said that the injuries were multiple, his tooth got crushed, there were bruises on the nose, hand, shoulder and a plastic surgery was needed as his face directly hit the stone. He might need bed rest stretching to two weeks. He is at Apollo hospital in Chennai now.
