Kareena's 'Bodyguard' new look leaked again

Kareena Kapoor describes her forthcoming release, Atul Agnihotri’s Bodyguard, as a “cool flick”. Even though the film is being shot on a closed set at Mumbai’s Film City, a photo revealing Kareena’s look somehow made its way online.

Speculations have risen that the photo was deliberately leaked by the film’s unit as part of a publicity campaign. This also happens to be the second time in recent weeks that onset photos of the actress in a forthcoming film have been leaked.

Said to be very ‘desi’, Kareena says, “Those who liked me as Geet in Jab We Met (2007) will hopefully be happy with this look.”

Not so long ago, photos and a video clip Kareena’s item number in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming Ra.One was also leaked online.

“Leaking photos and video clips of upcoming movies is a common ploy that Bollywood biggies resort to, to generate buzz for a big film. It’s too early to say if Kareena’s looks in Bodyguard were deliberately posted to create hype but whatever happened does help in generating buzz for the film.” said a trade analyst.

Salman's 'Ek Tha Tiger' to release on June 2012

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s much awaited film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ has been officially announced to be released post almost a year on the 01st of June, 2012. The film was off-late is news due to all the right and the wrong reasons. This will be Yash-Raj’s maiden film with Salman Khan and the dictator that he is has charged a bomb for the film.

Also, the film is directed by Kabir Khan who was too adamant to sign his ‘Newyork’ star Katrina in the film. But because of Katrina and Salman’s break-up, the former too a lot of time in giving a nod to the film. Reportedly, initially even Salman was not that keen to work with his ex-lady love Kat. But things seem to be smooth now and the two are cordially shooting for the film.

Produced by Aditya Chopra, the film has screenplay and dialogues by Kabir Khan and Neelesh Mishra, however the music of the film is scored by Pritam.

Arnold Schwarzenegger - Shriver Files For Divorce

Arnold Schwarzenegger's 25-year marriage is over - his wife Maria Shriver has filed for divorce.
The couple split in May (11) days before the action man-turned-politician stunned the world by confessing he had fathered a lovechild with a maid at the family home over a decade ago.
Shriver filed divorce papers on Friday (01Jul11), citing "irreconcilable differences".
She is asking for spousal support and joint custody of the couple's minor children, Patrick, 17, and Christopher 13. Shriver has also requested that her cheating ex-husband pay the attorneys fees for both parties, according to Tmz.com.
She is represented by top divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.

Will.I.Am Among Guests Evacuated From London Hotel Blaze

Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am was among the 1,500 guests evacuated from a London hotel on Friday (01Jul11) after a fire broke out.
London Hilton occupants were asked to leave the posh Park Lane hotel on Friday evening as firefighters fought to control the blaze, which reportedly started in the kitchen.
The I Gotta Feeling hitmaker, who is in London for the Wireless Festival in nearby Hyde Park, left the hotel with a green bandana covering his mouth and nose.
At press time it was not known what caused the fire.

Keisha Buchanan's Teary Sugababes Reunion

Former Sugababe Keisha Buchanan made peace with her former bandmates speaking to them for the first time in almost two years this evening (01.07.11).

Keisha left the 'Round Round' group to in 2009 amidst rumours of fall-outs with other members Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah, but today they put their differences behind them, speaking for the first time in almost two years at the Barclaycard Wireless festival in London.

Amelle exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I was really nervous when we saw her, but we had a little chat and I feel like we can now put everything behind us, my heart now feels complete."

The teary reunion saw Keisha – the last remaining original member of the group to leave - make the first move, approaching her former band mates in the backstage Barclays Unwind area of the festival.

A BANG Showbiz reporter who witnessed the reunion, said: "It was really tense. Sugababes were already here where Kesha arrived.

"After a short while talking with her friends, Keisha took the plunge and spoke to the girls. It was very emotional, both her and Heidi hugged for ages and were crying. They had a brief chat, Keisha even hugged Amelle before she left.

"Heidi said afterward she was shaking with nerves."

Keisha was replaced in the group by Jade Ewen, giving the band an entirely different line up to the when it started in 1998 with Keisha, Mutya Buena and Siobhan Donaghy.

Heidi is the second longest serving member, replacing Siobhan in 2001, while Amelle replaced Mutya in 2005.

Selena Gomez - Movie Reviews Monte Carlo

You win some, you lose some, the saying goes, and Monte Carlo , starring Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy, does both so far as the critics are concerned. Mick LaSalle in the San Francisco Chronicle begins his review by writing that the movie is "unpleasant where it should be pleasant, convoluted where it should be streamlined, anxiety provoking where it should be easy, and long, long, long -- at least 20 minutes longer than it has a right to be." Sara Stewart in the New York Post writes that the movie is so "earnest and predictable" that it amounts to "the cinematic equivalent of a pop hit by star Selena Gomez's boyfriend, Justin Bieber." (Coincidentally, co-star Cassidy is the daughter of David, the Bieber of the 70s.) It's all a mistaken-identity tween fantasy, and, writes Roger Moore in the Orlando Sentinel , "You take movies like this for what they are and for whom they're intended. But this script, this leaden direction, ensures that ... Monte Carlo fails." Roger Ebert in the Chicago Sun-Times does indeed take into account the targeted tween girls who will make up most of the audience for this film. It's all "harmless" and "innocuous," he writes. It's also "chirpy, it's bright, there are pretty locations and lots happens. This is the kind of movie that can briefly hold the attention of a cat." But Manohla Dargis in the New York Times also takes into account the intended audience for this film, expressing bewilderment over its PG rating "when it really should have earned a Gee." Dargis calls it all "packaged entertainment so familiar it feels like a remake and so wholesome you could swear Sandra Dee starred in the 1959 original." Michael Phillips of the Chicago Tribune apparently saw the movie after sitting through screenings of the critically reviled Transformers Dark of the Moon , which opened on Wednesday, and Larry Crowne , which opens today (Friday). " Monte Carlo is nothing much," he writes, "but it leaves your soul un-crushed, and this week, especially, it's cause for a celebration-ette."

Shahid named 'Sexiest Vegetarian Man' for 2011

Shahid Kapoor is sexy and he is a vegetarian.  Shahid has been vegetarian for many years and was adjudged PETA India’s Sexiest Vegetarian in 2009.

Recently Shahid Kapur was declared as the sexiest Vegetarian Man for the year 2011. The recognition was given by PETA Asia Pacific website whereas singer Faye Wong won the Aisa’s sexiest Vegetarian Women. After 2009, this is the second time Shahid has won the title by the same organization.

Ranveer Singh opens up about affair with Anushka

Anushka Sharma-Ranveer Singh link-ups are gaining momentum every day. The two are known to have friendly tiffs and Singh even affectionately calls Sharma, bhaltu (scatter brain) — a name that he gave her during the shoot of their film.

As soon as Ranveer Singh flew in from Toronto after attending a film awards night, the Band Baaja Baraat actor was off to Film City to shoot for Simi Selects India's Most Desirable. Ranveer Singh opened up about his relationship with Anushka Sharma on Simi Garewal's show.

The most obvious question was about his co-star Anushka Sharma. Though the twosome have appeared together on Koffee With Karan, but this time it was the youngster who was left fielding questions about her co-star solo.

When asked about his liplock with Anushka in BBB he exclaimed, "Before the kiss, I asked her if she needed a mint, after the kiss I was left speechless!"

The actor further stated, "Anushka is a lovely girl but right now I have no time for a girlfriend. You need to have time for a girlfriend. At the moment I am starting off and I am too self-absorbed. We fight a lot too!"

Interestingly, Anushka who shot earlier for Simi Garewal's show also said something similar about Ranveer being too self-absorbed.

On the spur-of-the-moment Ranveer also composed a rap song which he also rendered about his struggle in B-Town.

The song mentioned everyone associated with his debut including Aditya Chopra. The episode will be aired later this month.

The song will now be used as a promotional tool and Raveena Tandon who was super-kicked about her comeback item number is fuming. The actress who had worked very hard on the song doesn't want to talk about it, post the announcement.

This is obvious because the actress had repeatedly gone on record in the past few weeks gushing about how excited she was to be making a comeback .

She was especially excited about doing an item number 17 years after her superhit song Mast Mast made her a nationwide sensation overnight. But after this latest announcement, the actress has sealed her lips and refused to comment. According to sources, Raveena is extremely furious as she had been working very hard on the song.

Main Chandigarh.. has been well received by the audience and hence, the filmmakers have announced that though it will not be a part of the movie per se, it will be used as a promotional tool nevertheless.

Preity Zinta is not replacing Aishwarya Rai in Ladies and Gentleman as the speculation was on. Preity Zinta all set to become Desi Lara Croft.
